Provincial Nominee Program

Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) are designed and managed by various Provinces to better suite their requirements from time to time. These streams are designed to ensure that all nominees meet the requirement of, at least one of the federal economic categories (FSWC, FSTWC, and CEC).

There are two ways PNPs can nominate through EE.

1) Candidates found inside the EE pool by the PNP.
2) Candidates found outside the EE pool.

Changes to PNP based Express Entry system may occur at any given time.

So it is always advisable to refer to IRCC/CIC websites for recent updates.

Each Province and Territory has its own streams and requirements. Accordingly they may target in their programs:–

Students
Business People
Skilled Workers
Semi-Skilled Workers

In general all Provinces have their separate programs according to their specific needs.
